WINDOWS NT/NOVELL INSTALLATIONS & CONFIGURATIONS
- File server generations/re-generations are billed at our prevailing hourly rate. This includes, but is not limited to, installing hard drives, low level comp-surf, installing network cards, generating the operation system, setting-up system login scripts, print queues and security.
- All work will be documented and a copy will be provided to the customer upon completion.
- Operating system upgrades - Net District will provide a quote upon request. Software upgrade prices will vary depending on current operating system version and license-to-use increases.
- All configurations and upgrades are typically performed at Net District on weekends in order to keep work disruptions at a minimum.
- The charge for restoring old data, security and bindery to new hard drives is estimated prior to any work beginning.
- Installation and configuration of communication devices are quoted on a per job basis.
- All replacement parts, not covered under a service agreement, carry their own manufacturer's warranty.
- All labor is guaranteed for 90 days.

NETWORK CABLING
- Net District provides cable installation and service on all voice and data topologies.
- Net District uses Category 5, Plenum cables for data.
- Testing and written certification for 100 MBS use.
- Upon request, a free on-site survey and quote will be provided.
